Come enjoy a lovely, newly renovated waterfront home on the Intracoastal Waterway located in a quiet neighborhood in Hampstead, NC. The house provides all new flooring, inside is freshly painted, new light fixtures, new faucets, new ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, outdoor dining, and new grill/porch area. There are incredible views of the south end of Topsail Island, as well as Serenity Point.
The house is conveniently located in Hampstead, NC and just a quick 25 minute trip to Surf City/Topsail Island. The house is located directly on the ICW with a pier and boat ramp for your personal use.
***UPDATE: Last summer we updated our bulkhead and floating dock area in front of the house. There is a place for loading and unloading your vessel at your convenience, as well as the availability to dock over night. Your vessel can NOT exceed 21 ft to be able to utilize our boat ramp and canal adequately and safely. The boat ramp is very much dependent on the tides for ease of access. We also provide kayak/canoes for your pleasure.***
Our house provides spacious room for a family, girlfriend's getaway, or just a couples romantic weekend! The keyless entry is super convenient and easy to use. You never have to worry about where the keys are! The family room has a large screen smart tv with many streaming services to log into. There is Wi-Fi provided with the password included once you arrive. The best feature of the house is the large sunroom with floor to ceiling windows that let in all of the natural light. In the sunroom, you and your guests can relax and watch the boats go by, eat your meals at the dining table, or play a game of foosball!
NO LINENS OR TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. RENTERS NEED TO PROVIDE ALL LINENS AND TOWELS DURING YOUR STAY. The bedrooms are comfy and provide ample storage during your stay. The master bedroom has a king bed as well as an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed.
The galley kitchen provides many small appliances such as toaster oven, crock pot, coffee pot, microwave, and dishwasher. We provide a dining room table for 6, but there is additional seating in the sunroom for a total of 10 to eat comfortably at a table.
We also provide a washer and dryer. We have all of the conveniences of home located in this waterfront house. Our outdoor spaces provide a quiet, relaxing atmosphere where you can rest and unwind while taking in the amazing sunsets!
There are plenty of grocery stores, fast food, and restaurants within close proximity to your stay. Hampstead is a wonderful destination to relax and enjoy all that mother nature has to offer.
